KRYJ 89.7 FM. Craig's new radio station is Thunder 89.7 and it broadcasts at 100 watts. The station plays classic rock, lite rock,
classic hits, alternative, some mainstream country, Texas country and more. You can hear Thunder 89.7 all the way to Steamboat Springs.

In the 70's and 80's Craig had the largest power generation plant in Colorado. Currently it is home to about 9,000 residents
and sits at 6,198 feet.
